Ai-driven solutions. We are expanding our team and seeking a Technical Recruiter

with strong expertise in hiring .NET and Angular Developers, AI Developers, React, MERN, SQA Engineers, Project Mangers etc. This role requires a professional who can independently manage the complete recruitment cycle while

working closely with and reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end—to-end recruitment lifecycle for NET and Angular positions

independently.

  • Work directly with the CEO and technical leads to align strategies with

company goals.

  • Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn. Indeed. Glassdoor,

and other platforms.

  • Screen and evaluate candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fit.
  • Maintain recruitment pipelines, provide regular hiring updates. and ensure timely

closures.

  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the

recruitment process.

  • Continuously improve recruitment practices by staying updated with industry

hiring trends.
Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years Of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a software

house or IT environment

  • Strong track record of successfully hiring NET and Angular Developers, AI Developers, React , MERN, SQA Engineers, Project Mangers etc.
  • Ability to handle recruitment processes independently and report directly to senior

leadership.

  • Strong understanding of technical job requirements. frameworks, and tools.
  • Excellent communication. negotiation. and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring under tight

preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a software house.
  • A strong professional network of .NET and Angular developer, AI Developer.
  • Familiarity with additional technologies (React Naive. MERN etc.) is an advantage.
