We are seeking a highly skilled
Technical Recruiter
with strong experience in
end-to-end IT and technical recruitment
, preferably within
international organizations
. The right candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top technical talent globally, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical positions.

Partner closely with international hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team culture.

Source candidates using multiple channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.

Conduct technical and behavioral screening to evaluate candidate suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.

Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Prepare and present weekly hiring dashboards and reports.

Maintain compliance with company policies, recruitment standards, and data privacy requirements.

Support employer branding initiatives and participate in global recruitment projects as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
, or a related field.

4–6 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience
, preferably in IT/technology domains.

Strong understanding of technical roles

Proficiency in using
LinkedIn Recruiter
, ATS systems, job portals, and sourcing tools.

evening/night shifts
