We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end IT and technical recruitment , preferably within international organizations . The right candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top technical talent globally, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical positions.
  • Partner closely with international hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team culture.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct technical and behavioral screening to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Prepare and present weekly hiring dashboards and reports.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, recruitment standards, and data privacy requirements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in global recruitment projects as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources , or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience , preferably in IT/technology domains.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter , ATS systems, job portals, and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in evening/night shifts to accommodate global partners and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and urgency.
