Job Title: Technical Recruiter – HR Consultancy

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to join our HR consultancy team. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and HR operations within a fast-paced consulting environment. You will get direct exposure to real client mandates, technical sourcing strategies, and hiring processes across multiple technology and non-technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, post, and manage technical job advertisements across job boards and professional networks.
  • Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, and internal talent databases.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS systems, and candidate pipelines.
  • Prepare candidate profiles, summaries, and client-ready CV formats.
  • Support client recruitment projects, submitting candidates and tracking feedback.
  • Assist with recruitment campaigns, talent mapping, and bulk technical hiring initiatives.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Technical Recruitment and HR teams as required.
  • Support onboarding and compliance documentation when applicable.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Keen interest in technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and excellent attention to detail.
