Job Title: IT Recruiter / HR Recruiter

Experience: Freshers to 1 Year

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

Working Days: Monday to Friday + 1st & 3rd Saturday

Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT requirements
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer rollout)
• Work on job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely follow-ups and candidate engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Proficiency in job portals and MS Excel

Work Schedule:

• 5 Days Work From Office (Monday to Friday)
• 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month will be working

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
