Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist skilled in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and international hiring. You should be fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working US night shifts.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of sourcing/recruitment experience
• Strong Boolean search expertise
• Familiarity with W2, C2C and legal Visa Types in US & Canada
• Familiarity with hiring norms of UK/EU GDPR
• Excellent English communication
• Ability to work independently & meet tight deadlines
