Technical Recruiter

JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting support for technology and IT functions across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source high quality candidates, and ensure a smooth, professional hiring process. The recruiter will leverage ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and industry tools to identify talent efficiently and effectively.

EXPECTED WORK AND PERFORMANCE (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop appropriate recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards (such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice), networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Deliver a consistent, high quality candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
  • Maintain compliance with internal hiring practices and corporate TA processes.
  • Prepare and analyze recruiting reports, tracking progress, pipeline activity, and hiring metrics.
  • Support onboarding tasks and ensure a smooth handoff from recruiting to HR/operations.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support hiring decisions and best practices.
  • Support the Hire The Right Talent (HTRT) program by assisting with training, guidance, and administrative coordination to ensure employees understand and follow HTRT standards and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for IT and technical roles (e.g., software, infrastructure, data).
  • Hands on experience using an ATS system (Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar).
  • Proven sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong partnership with hiring teams.
  • Strong sense of urgency, follow through, and attention to detail.
  • General IT literacy and comfort discussing technology concepts with candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
  • Recruiting experience within banking, financial services, or fintech environments.
  • Experience coaching hiring managers on talent selection and market conditions.
  • Familiarity with structured or competency based interviewing.
  • Exposure to HRIS/ATS reporting and recruiting analytics.

ATTENDANCE/WORK LOCATION
The position is based in our Richardson, TX office. Daily physical presence in the office is required for interacting with co-workers, attending meetings, and collaborating on projects.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit stationary, constantly operate computer keyboarding and office equipment, communicate with other employees and/or customers (must be able to exchange accurate information in various situations). The employee is required to regularly communicate with other employees.
