About the Role

You will play a key role in connecting top candidates with leading companies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to client consultation—while leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

What We Offer

• Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base salary + commission and quarterly bonus
• Year 1 total on target earnings of $100,000+
• Schedule: Hybrid work model (in-office Monday/Tuesday/Thursday, remote Wednesday/Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking platforms
• Manage requisitions and candidates using Bullhorn
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure strong talent alignment
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process
• Monitor key recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to continuously improve results
