Grant Manpower is looking for a performance-driven Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in the US IT market. This role is built for individuals who understand the dynamics of US-based hiring, can operate in night shifts, and thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US-based IT roles across various domains.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify high-quality candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and technical coordination with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates across US time zones.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and finalize offers with candidates.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for long-term engagement.
• Stay updated with US IT market trends, technologies, and hiring practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment terminologies.
• Excellent communication skills with a neutral or Americanized accent preferred.
• Experience working with US shift timings is mandatory.
