Technical Recruiter

We’re partnering with an early-stage AI company looking for a Founding Recruiter to help shape the team from the ground up.


This is not a “fill roles” position. You will build the machine, influence the business, and hire the people who will define what this company becomes.


The role:

You’ll own the entire recruiting funnel from first touch through to close across engineering, GTM, and operations. Expect high standards, fast decision-making, and a business that truly values talent as a competitive advantage.

  • Run end-to-end searches: sourcing, outreach, screening, closing
  • Build and execute high-conviction outbound campaigns (this is a proactive, not reactive, environment)
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to move quickly without compromising on quality
  • Develop a sharp understanding of what “great” looks like and act as a true talent bar setter
  • Design and improve the recruiting infrastructure, processes, tooling, analytics, and candidate experience
  • Contribute beyond hiring: org design, comp insight, and broader People strategy as the company scales

What they’re looking for:

  • 2–7 years in recruiting Tech, GTM and Operations roles
  • Startup recruiting experience under 100 people
  • Proven ability to close high-quality candidates with multiple options
  • Strong outbound instincts, you know how to get responses and turn them into hires
  • Exposure to technical hiring or the ability to quickly get credible in technical domains
  • Clear judgment on talent, you can articulate why someone is exceptional
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
