US based niche IT Recruitment Agency is hiring IT Recruiter.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with a strong background in the US staffing market. This role requires full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from requirement understanding to successful placement.

This is a performance-driven role, where the recruiter directly contributes to revenue through quality submissions and successful closures

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis

  • Work on requirements from direct US clients and hiring managers
  • Understand technical job requirements, experience levels, and priorities
  • Evaluate work authorization types (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, etc.)
  • Assess urgency and hiring expectations

2. Candidate Sourcing

  • Source US candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and Monster
  • Use advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Build pipelines for key roles including:
  • Backend / Full-stack Developers
  • Cloud Engineers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • DevOps Engineers
  • AI/ML Engineers
  • Cybersecurity Professionals

3. Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct detailed screening calls (technical + behavioral)
  • Assess communication skills and cultural fit
  • Validate experience, stability, and authenticity
  • Evaluate salary expectations and availability

4. Candidate Submission

  • Submit high-quality, well-formatted, and tailored profiles
  • Ensure accuracy of candidate details
  • Maintain strong submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios

5. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
  • Prepare candidates with role insights and interview expectations

6. Offer Management & Closure

  • Handle salary negotiations and offer discussions
  • Ensure candidate commitment and joining confirmation
  • Minimize offer dropouts and manage counter-offers effectively

7. Compliance & Documentation

  • Manage and verify work authorization documentation
  • Understand hiring models: W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-time
  • Ensure compliance with US hiring standards

8. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants
  • Develop long-term talent pipelines

9. Collaboration with Sales/BDE Team

  • Work closely with Business Development teams
  • Provide market insights and feedback
  • Align on priorities, quality, and client expectations

Requirements:


Strong understanding of the US hiring ecosystem

End-to-end recruitment lifecycle knowledge

Must have strong tech recruitment skills

Clear understanding of Frontend vs Backend vs Full-stack roles

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Understanding of DevOps vs SRE and AI/ML vs Data Engineering

Advanced Boolean search expertise

Ability to source niche and hard-to-find candidates

Must be fluent in English communication (spoken and written)

Ability to confidently interact with US-based candidates and clients

Strong skills in salary negotiation and offer closing

Ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

Experience using job boards such as Dice, Indeed, and Monster

Familiarity with ATS platforms like Bullhorn, JobDiva, and Ceipal.
