Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter / HR Executive to support our growing workforce. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about technical hiring, HR operations, and people management within the software development industry.

The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding technical talent while also supporting core HR functions and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles including developers, QA engineers, project coordinators, and support staff.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with department leads.
  • Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across multiple hiring platforms.

HR Operations & Support

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist in probation evaluations, confirmations, and performance documentation.
  • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Employer Branding & Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams for employer branding initiatives.
  • Participate in career fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment drives when required.
  • Act as a communication bridge between candidates, employees, and management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in
  • BSCS, BSIT, BSSE, MBA, BBA, or a related field
  • Experience:
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a related role.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical recruitment are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Basic understanding of software development roles and IT technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and HR tools is a plus.
