
Technical Recruiter (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment within a service-based or consulting environment.

Experience hiring for multiple technical roles across different projects and client requirements.

Strong understanding of technical skillsets, role requirements, and project delivery needs.

Experience supporting multiple clients and handling parallel hiring requirements.

Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional communities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment automation systems.

Results-driven mindset with strong pipeline management and follow-up skills.
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements in a service-based delivery model.

Partner with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.

Source and engage candidates across various technical and business roles.

Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and project fit.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing client demands.

Coordinate interviews, client feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.

Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting delivery timelines.

Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Track recruitment metrics, update ATS/CRM systems, and maintain candidate databases.

Stay updated on hiring trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
