The HR Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing strategies to attract and retain top talent, and managing the recruitment team. You will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure the hiring process is efficient and effective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

 Develop, execute, and oversee recruitment strategies to fulfil the organization's staffing needs effectively.

 Identify, evaluate, and engage potential candidates for various job openings.

 Foster relationships with external recruiting agencies, educational institutions, and other talent sources.

 Maintain a robust presence on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.

 Lead the entire selection process, encompassing initial screenings, face-to-face interviews, and reference checks.

 Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural compatibility.

 Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment methodologies to ensure the organization's recruitment approach remains contemporary.

 Generate and present recruitment-related reports to senior management.

 Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruitment team members.

 Effectively manage the recruitment budget while ensuring compliance with pertinent laws and regulations.

 Collaborate closely with hiring managers to outline job prerequisites and create job descriptions.
