Technical Recuriter

Position: Technical Recruiter
Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Experience: 1.5 – 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Force Cloudz is looking for a passionate and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent across various technologies while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment process
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent
  • Create and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms
  • Conduct reference and background checks when required
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What We're Looking For

  • 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
  • Experience hiring for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, DevOps, and other technical roles
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and job boards
  • Knowledge of Boolean Search techniques and talent mapping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to evaluate technical profiles and understand technology stacks
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in IT or Software House recruitment
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and hiring trends
