CASTECH is looking for a Technical & Regulatory Affairs Engineer / Specialist to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and customer-focused problem-solving in the construction chemicals & building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, update, and manage Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and product certifications.

Handle product approvals and compliance with consultants, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Check production batches, identify any errors, and coordinate with the team to rectify and resolve issues.

Work closely with customers on their technical requirements & feedback, and provide suitable solutions.

Attend site trials with sales teams when required, offering technical support and ensuring product performance.

Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and enhance the existing portfolio.

Act as a bridge between production, R&D, sales, consultants, and authorities for technical and regulatory matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science (or related field).

Experience in construction chemicals / building materials industry (admixtures, coatings, sealants, waterproofing, etc.).

Strong knowledge of international and local standards & codes (ASTM, EN, ISO, etc.).

Skills in technical writing, documentation, and approvals.

Problem-solving mindset with ability to analyze production issues and customer requirements.

Excellent communication & coordination skills.
