Technical Sales Consultant – IT Systems & CRM
We are seeking a Technical Sales Consultant – IT Systems & CRM with strong technical expertise and proven sales experience in the UAE market. The role involves selling IT systems and CRM solutions, understanding customer requirements, and delivering suitable technical solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UAE-based IT sales, strong CRM knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and promote IT systems, CRM platforms, and software solutions in the UAE market.
- Identify customer requirements and propose customized technical solutions.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM system (leads, opportunities, follow-ups).
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution documentation.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth execution.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support when required.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of IT sales / technical sales experience in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Good understanding of the UAE market and client handling.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
