About the Role :

The Member joining this position will be part of the Steam Systems Division, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment. The role involves visiting customers across Saudi Arabia to understand their needs, provide practical steam solutions, and help them achieve energy efficiency and cost savings. The Member will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, maintain strong customer relationships, and deliver outcomes that create real value for both the company and its customers.

Responsibilities :

• Connect with customers across industries like Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Solvent Extraction, and Edible Oils, understanding their needs and providing innovative steam solutions that help them save energy and fuel.
• Recommend Forbes Marshall products such as steam traps, condensate recovery systems, hot water generators, control valves, and steam flow meters, showing customers how they can achieve efficiency and cost savings.
• Prepare clear, insightful reports after plant visits, highlighting practical solutions, benefits, and payback, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Maintain and enhance the industrial database, deepening your understanding of steam systems and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Create compelling techno-commercial proposals and follow through to turn them into meaningful business outcomes.
• Build strong, lasting relationships by engaging with 10 - 12 customers each week, understanding their operations, and being their trusted engineering partner.
• Generate 4 - 6 proposals weekly, ensuring timely communication and support for customer decisions.
• Enjoy a dynamic work schedule with travel 4 - 5 days a week, visiting customer sites and seeing the real impact of your solutions first-hand.

Qualifications :

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: 2 - 6 years in technical sales, preferably in industries such as Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Solvent Extraction, or Edible Oils. Candidates with hands-on experience in steam systems, process utilities, or energy efficiency solutions will be an added advantage.
• Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of manufacturing setups, industrial operations, and process equipment, with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide practical and impactful solutions.
• Ability to prepare reports and proposals that clearly present technical and commercial benefits.
• Professional Attitude: Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused, with a passion for helping clients improve efficiency and save costs.
