Key Responsibilities
- Solution & service selling: Support the Sales Manager by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable ABB drives, motors, control panels, Fluke instruments and service packages (spares, repairs and maintenance).
- Generate leads: Prepare technical presentations, explain product features and scientific processes, and generate high‑quality leads for both products and services.
- Manage sales cycle: Follow up on prospects, secure orders, negotiate prices, arrange deliveries and contribute to upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for equipment and after‑sales services.
- Technical liaison & support: Discuss equipment needs with customers, collaborate with design and programming teams, provide after‑sales support, and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Market feedback: Log client feedback, collect competitive intelligence and share it with the Sales Manager to refine product and service offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical customers and match requirements to solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation and customer‑service skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to generate leads independently and build lasting relationships.
- Own vehicle for local travel and willingness to travel to customer sites across assigned territories.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
