Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Technical Sales Engineer to support sales and business development activities for our Lighting, Electrification, and Motion solutions in the Faisalabad region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, supporting project sales, conducting technical discussions, and assisting in expanding business across industrial, commercial, OEM, and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell:
- Professional & Industrial Lighting Solutions
- Electrification Products
- Motion & Automation Solutions
Identify new sales opportunities within industrial, commercial, and project sectors.
Support business development activities with contractors, consultants, OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Assist in generating and managing project pipelines.
Customer & Channel Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and follow-up meetings.
- Support distributors, dealers, and retail partners in product promotion and sales activities.
- Coordinate quotations, pricing, and order processing with internal teams.
Technical Support
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Provide technical assistance for:
- Product selection
- Technical proposals and BOQs
- Application guidance and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely deliveries.
- Support customers with technically compliant and energy-efficient solutions.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain sales reports, customer visit reports, and opportunity pipelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Share market feedback and business opportunities with management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in technical sales of lighting, electrical, automation, or industrial solutions.
- Good understanding of industrial and commercial electrical products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer meetings and technical discussions confidently.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within Faisalabad and nearby industrial areas.
- Valid driving license preferred.
