About Touq Property Services

Touq Property Services is a growing facilities management and maintenance company specializing in MEP maintenance, HVAC systems, reactive maintenance, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and property support services across the UAE.

We are seeking a technical sales professional with strong knowledge in HVAC, MEP, maintenance, and facilities management services.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
• Meet with clients, consultants, building owners, and facility managers
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Conduct site visits and assess client requirements
• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams
• Follow up on quotations and close deals
• Develop relationships with property management companies, developers, and commercial clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Technical background in HVAC, MEP, facilities management, or maintenance
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE sales experience in FM or maintenance industry
• Understanding of AC systems, preventive maintenance, and facility operations
• Ability to read technical scopes and discuss solutions with clients
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license mandatory
• Existing UAE client network is a strong advantage
