Technical Sales Engineer – ELV & Fire & Life Safety Systems

Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi

Zbotix Systems is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to support the company’s growth in the ELV and Fire & Life Safety (FLS) sector. The role involves promoting and selling integrated solutions including Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, and Fire Fighting systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring that all technical and commercial proposals meet client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the ELV and Fire & Life Safety market within the UAE.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients.
  • Prepare and submit accurate technical and commercial proposals in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.
  • Manage RFQs, tenders, and submittals, ensuring compliance with deadlines and standards.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to deliver optimized solutions and precise BOQs.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Remain updated on UAE Fire Code, Civil Defense regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Support finance teams in client invoicing and follow-ups as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, HSE standards, and ethical business practices.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales of ELV and Fire & Life Safety systems (Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Fire Fighting).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Defense regulations and Fire Code requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing BOQs, proposals, and tender documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 (depending on experience & qualifications).
