Job Title Technical Sales Engineer – Power & Industrial Equipment Job Location Karachi, Pakistan Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in industrial equipment, power generation, engines, air compressors, or spare parts sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting technical solutions related to engines, compressors, parts, and service support. This role requires strong technical understanding along with commercial sales skills to effectively support customers in industrial, manufacturing, and engineering sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities for industrial equipment, engines, air compressors, and related spare parts. Promote aftermarket products and services including maintenance contracts, spare parts, and technical solutions. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers in industrial and commercial sectors. Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on customer requirements. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports. Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely support. Conduct customer visits, site inspections, and technical presentations. Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant technical field. 4–5 years of experience in technical sales, industrial equipment sales, compressor sales, engine sales, or parts sales. Experience in industries such as power generation, compressors, heavy machinery, industrial equipment, HVAC, or engineering solutions will be preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Ability to understand technical products and convert opportunities into sales. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
