Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Attend client meetings to present the company’s capabilities, technical proposals, and solutions.
  • Lead Conversion: Transform leads provided by the Marketing Manager into successful sales.
  • Proposal Development: Create and send customized technical offers to clients.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure progress and satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Site Manager to monitor project implementation and address any client concerns.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Identify potential markets and opportunities for growth within the solar industry.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales and project progress reports for the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical and financial proposals.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel locally to meet clients and oversee projects.
