Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Attend client meetings to present the company’s capabilities, technical proposals, and solutions.
- Lead Conversion: Transform leads provided by the Marketing Manager into successful sales.
- Proposal Development: Create and send customized technical offers to clients.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure progress and satisfaction.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Site Manager to monitor project implementation and address any client concerns.
- Customer Satisfaction: Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Market Analysis: Identify potential markets and opportunities for growth within the solar industry.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales and project progress reports for the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in preparing technical and financial proposals.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally to meet clients and oversee projects.
