Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer to join our team and drive business growth in the solar and renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to translate customer needs into tailored energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar and renewable energy market
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar PV installations
• Develop and present technical proposals, system designs and cost estimates to clients
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and project execution teams to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales technical support
• Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales preferably within the solar or energy sector
• In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems, energy storage and grid integration
• Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as required
