Regional Sales Executive – Solar Division

🔹 Position Title: Regional Sales Executive (Solar Solutions)


🔹 Number of Positions: 2


🔹 Location

J3, Johar Town , Lahore

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field (BSc/BE preferred)
  • Experience: 2–5 years in solar solutions sales, with hands-on knowledge of:
  • Solar panel types and specifications
  • Inverters (on-grid/off-grid/hybrid)
  • Installation processes (roof, ground-mounted, etc.)


🔹 Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Client relationship management
  • Technical presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to do basic system sizing or communicate with design engineers


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2B/B2C client portfolios in the assigned region
  • Conduct client meetings, technical product demos, and follow-ups
  • Provide technical input to clients regarding system specifications and performance
  • Coordinate with engineering/installation teams for after-sales and support
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare weekly sales and market intelligence reports

🔹 Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within region
  • Own transportation (preferred)
  • Strong command over Urdu and local language; basic English communication skills required
