Sales & Business Development Executive – Solar and Hybrid Energy Systems

Role Overview:
We are seeking high-energy, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the sales of solar energy solutions and hybrid energy systems, with a strong passion for promoting clean and renewable energy technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales & Business Development: Drive sales efforts for solar energy systems and hybrid energy solutions, targeting new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.

· Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the process of adopting renewable energy technologies.

· Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively source leads, qualify opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline.

· Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position Maspro’s solutions.

· Product Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, both in-person and online.

· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).

· Proven experience in sales within the solar energy and/or hybrid energy systems sectors.

· Strong knowledge of solar energy technologies, hybrid energy systems, and their benefits for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· A network of industry contacts is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
