Spectrave (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Technical Sales Executive with a strong understanding of solar systems and the ability to translate technical knowledge into practical client solutions. This role bridges the gap between business development and engineering, ensuring clients receive expert guidance backed by real technical insight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact and qualify leads generated through marketing and digital campaigns to promote company services.
  • Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and propose customized solar solutions.
  • Prepare and share quotations and invoices accurately based on client specifications.
  • Coordinate with the field and O&M teams to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of site visits and inspections.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients, offering on-site or remote guidance during procurement or installation stages.
  • Manage and update the revenue tracking sheet, maintaining transparency and accuracy.
  • Conduct customer feedback calls to assess satisfaction and address post-service concerns.
  • Maintain well-organized records of calls, quotations, and invoices.
  • Support the Business Development team with follow-ups, reporting, documentation, and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, or a relevant field.
  • 0–1 years of industrial experience in the solar energy sector.
  • Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of solar system design, installation standards, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate with both sales and field O&M teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a passion for renewable energy.
