Technical Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our team as Technical Sales Executives.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling international clients, generating leads, understanding their requirements, and promoting our IT services. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients via calls, emails, and chats.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable IT solutions.
• Generate leads and maintain client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain records and update CRM on time.
• Work closely with the sales team on client follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of computers & IT products/services.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence, positive attitude & willingness to work night shift.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Any graduate / 12th pass with good communication skills.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
