Technical Sales Executive

We are looking for a Telesales professional with a Chemistry background to drive B2B sales for our skincare manufacturing unit. You will be responsible for calling leads, explaining technical formulations, and closing manufacturing contracts.

As a startup, we need a "getter"—someone proactive, a quick learner, and willing to assist in other company tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 Years experience in B2B Telesales or Lead Management.
• Science Background: Must have studied Chemistry at the school or college level.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi (Mandatory).
• Startup Mindset: Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable with evolving roles.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives.
