Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales Executive – Fit-Out / Architectural Projects to join our team in Al Quoz, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through both showroom walk-ins and outdoor business development activities. The candidate should have strong experience in fit-out, architectural products, interior solutions, or building materials with the ability to build relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and end clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle showroom sales inquiries and assist clients in selecting suitable fit-out and architectural solutions
  • Conduct outdoor sales visits to contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and project sites
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submittals based on client requirements
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth project execution
  • Promote company products and services related to fit-out, architectural, and interior solutions
  • Follow up on leads, negotiations, and project closures
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, products, competitors, and pricing
  • Attend project meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales within fit-out, architectural products, interiors, or construction industry
  • Experience in both showroom sales and outdoor/project sales is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of fit-out materials, architectural products, and project sales cycle
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read drawings and understand technical project requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • UAE driving license is preferred
  • Strong client database within the UAE market is an advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers
  • Knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out market
  • Strong sales closing and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
