Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer and working in close collaboration with the CTO , you will act as the critical bridge between our technology and sales worlds, translating our technical superiority into commercial success.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on sales expert with a strong technical foundation, responsible for acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth in both domestic and international markets.

Your Role as the Technical Sales Manager :

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for our technology products (especially trading systems), from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and closing.
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities with target clients, including banks, brokerage firms, and investment funds, on a global scale.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and technical requirements, providing crucial feedback to the product and technology teams to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations that effectively articulate the value proposition and competitive advantages of our platforms.
  • Collaborate with the CSO to develop and execute sales strategies, go-to-market plans, and revenue targets.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, contract negotiations, and the successful closing of deals.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations to provide strategic insights to the leadership team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

What we expect from you:

  • A minimum 7 years of proven success in a technical sales, business development, or similar client-facing role within the FinTech, investment technology, capital markets, or institutional banking technology sectors.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Software, Industrial, etc.) or a similar technical field is mandatory.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, and investment technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing long and complex sales cycles, building relationships, and negotiating with C-level executives.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for communicating with international clients and teams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • A proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated individual with strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
