TRS Middle East is working with a prominent distributor of high-grade specialty ingredients, serving various sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, and industrial chemicals across the Middle East and Africa.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the revenue and profit growth of programs and services in targeted accounts.

Generate new leads and execute sales plans in existing and prospective customer base to meet profit increase goals.

Convert strategic competitive accounts and sell new technologies to customers.

Ensure delivery of monthly sales budget via system reporting tools. Report on all competitive activities to the line manager.

Ensure that sales prospects are updated with new customers, products, and applications and shared via CRM consistently and reviewed with the line manager at the end of every month.
Qualifications:

Gulf experience with 5-7 years in sales with market knowledge.

Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Food), Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.) or equivalent.

B2B Food industry experience (Bakery, Confectionery, Dairy, Beverage & Flavors) in the UAE & lower Gulf region.

Experience with raw materials in the food ingredients.

Possess a valid UAE driving license.
