TRS Middle East is working with a prominent distributor of high-grade specialty ingredients, serving various sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, and industrial chemicals across the Middle East and Africa.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the revenue and profit growth of programs and services in targeted accounts.
  • Generate new leads and execute sales plans in existing and prospective customer base to meet profit increase goals.
  • Convert strategic competitive accounts and sell new technologies to customers.
  • Ensure delivery of monthly sales budget via system reporting tools. Report on all competitive activities to the line manager.
  • Ensure that sales prospects are updated with new customers, products, and applications and shared via CRM consistently and reviewed with the line manager at the end of every month.


Qualifications:


  • Gulf experience with 5-7 years in sales with market knowledge.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Food), Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.) or equivalent.
  • B2B Food industry experience (Bakery, Confectionery, Dairy, Beverage & Flavors) in the UAE & lower Gulf region.
  • Experience with raw materials in the food ingredients.
  • Possess a valid UAE driving license.
