Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing, textile, packaging, and other industrial sectors, and achieving sales targets for our range of industrial products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B customers in target industries such as manufacturing, textiles, packaging, logistics, etc.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and growths.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and support.
- Present product features and benefits to potential customers via meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, service) to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales (experience in material handling equipment, industrial machinery, or capital goods is a plus).
- Strong understanding of industrial buying processes and decision-making hierarchies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel locally or regionally as needed.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
