Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility of occasional work-from-home options. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, promoting quality control instruments, providing technical support to clients, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales techniques, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Experience in providing Technical Support, including offering product recommendations and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with quality control equipment are highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
