Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to support our customer acquisition and revenue expansion efforts. This role is suited for a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of client management, opportunity development, and consultative selling.

As part of this position, you will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to sales planning and execution. You will work closely with leadership to share insights, performance updates, and sales forecasts that support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Client Growth

  • Drive revenue by managing and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Identify new prospects and business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Prepare and share sales performance updates, forecasts, and activity reports with management.
  • Execute sales plans aimed at increasing customer base and improving market presence.

Planning, Collaboration & Market Awareness

  • Support goal-setting and target planning in line with organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to sales process improvements and performance tracking initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.
  • Assist with onboarding, mentoring, or performance support for junior sales team members when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales data and market insights.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and manage sales performance.
