Title: Technical SAP Business Analyst – Project Lead
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 Months | Contract

Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Technical SAP Business Analyst – Project Lead for an exciting job in Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes; recommend system and workflow improvements.

• Support upgrades, testing (UAT), and implementation of SAP and related systems.

• Develop user documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to ensure data accuracy.

• Manage project plans, track progress, and support risk mitigation.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to align business and technical objectives.

• Ensure compliance with IT security and data privacy standards (NIST, HIPAA, FLSA).

Required Skills

• 3+ years with HRIS systems (SAP preferred).

• 5+ years with HR/payroll processes, documentation, and reporting.

• Strong skills in process analysis, workflow improvement, and data visualization.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Knowledge of information security and IT project lifecycles.
