Role - Technical Scrum Master
Experience Required - 8+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Solid technical background (experience in development, QA, or engineering preferred)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously
Roles & Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Act as a servant leader to guide teams in adopting and implementing Agile best practices
Work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of business goals
Remove impediments and proactively address roadblocks impacting team performance
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops
Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
Collaborate with technical teams to understand system architecture, dependencies, and risks
Ensure adherence to SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
Support product backlog grooming and prioritization activities
Drive Agile maturity within the organization
Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $115,000 Per Annum
