About This Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical SEO / SEO Executive to strengthen our technical SEO foundation and build a scalable SEO strategy. This role exists to improve how search engines and AI-driven platforms understand, crawl, and rank our website—so we can capture qualified, high-intent demand already present in the market.

You’ll work closely with SEO and Product Marketing teams, focusing on hands-on execution across technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization. This is a delivery-oriented role with clear ownership over SEO hygiene, discoverability, and organic growth levers.

What You’ll Do

Technical SEO & Site Health

  • Audit websites to identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, and performance
  • Fix and validate issues such as 4xx/5xx errors, redirects (301/302), canonicals, and metadata gaps
  • Improve page speed and support site migration efforts where required
  • Implement and scale structured data, including Product, Organization, FAQ, HowTo, and Article schema
  • Manage sitemaps, LLMs.txt and Robots.txt

Search Strategy & Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify topic gaps and ranking opportunities
  • Optimize meta tags, URLs, internal linking, and existing content for improved relevance and rankings
  • Partner with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are embedded into content updates
  • Apply GEO, AEO, and Al-driven search optimization across content and site structure, including Al Overviews, LLMs and entity-based search.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track SEO performance, visibility, and growth metrics using analytics and search tools
  • Monitor crawl, indexation, and technical health trends, flagging risks early
  • Report insights and progress to Marketing stakeholders with clarity and context

Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with SEO and Product Marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader go-to-market priorities
  • Stay current on search engine algorithm changes, AI-driven search behavior, and evolving SEO practices

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with strong exposure to technical SEO
  • Proficiency with SEO and site auditing tools such as Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4
  • Experience identifying and resolving technical issues across site speed, crawl errors, indexing, schema, and redirects
  • Strong capability in keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML and CSS
  • Comfort collaborating with content and marketing partners in a fast-moving environment
  • Practical experience working on GEO, and AEO driven strategies

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript
  • Experience working on page speed optimization and site migration projects
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS websites and SEO use cases
