Role & responsibilities

Social Media Management:

Assist in planning and executing content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to propose new ideas.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Work with the team to improve the SEO of our website and online content.

Conduct keyword research and use SEO tools to optimize content for search engines.

Content Creation:

Help create engaging content (blogs, social media posts, newsletters) to drive traffic and engagement.

Assist in creating visuals using basic design tools like Canva or other software.

Paid Advertising:

Assist in planning and executing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Monitor and report on the performance of paid campaigns.

Website Management:

Help manage the company website through WordPress, ensuring it is updated with the latest content.

Collaborate with the team to improve the websites user experience.

Email Marketing:

Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to promote services.

Assist in building and managing email lists, ensuring data integrity.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Provide weekly and monthly reports on key metrics and campaign outcomes.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content creation.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, etc.).

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

A keen eye for detail and creativity.
