Wilson's Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to lead technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives, improve site performance, and drive organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute complete SEO strategy.

Manage junior SEO team members.

Conduct keyword research and provide content guidelines.

Optimize metadata, URLs, headings, and internal linking.

Perform technical audits, improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.

Manage sitemaps, hreflang, robots.txt, redirects, and coordinate with developers.

Develop white-hat link-building strategies and analyze backlink profiles.

Track rankings, traffic, and KPIs using GA4, GSC, and other SEO tools.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.

Expertise with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, etc.

Strong understanding of ranking factors, algorithms, and core technical concepts.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering & major CMS platforms.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred

International SEO, CRO, or team leadership experience.

Pharma industry background is a plus.
