Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create responsive, visually appealing, and user-centric websites.
- Design landing pages, promotional assets, and other digital marketing materials aligned with the Company brand’s objectives and user needs.
- Customize and maintain WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring performance, security, and functionality are top-notch.
- Work closely with the development team to integrate designs and ensure site operations.
- Regularly assess website performance and optimize site speed, load times, and overall user experience.
- Ensure that the Company's website and landing pages are responsive and fast across all devices.
- Monitor and implement the latest security practices, keeping the site safe and up to date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to site security, performance, and functionality.
- Conduct user research to better understand the needs and pain points of potential patients and website visitors.
- Use wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing to iterate and improve the design based on feedback.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align the Company's website’s design with digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that content and visuals are strategically integrated to increase conversions and drive engagement.
- Utilize key metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush to provide insights on user behavior and website performance, offering recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a focus on performance-driven strategies.
- 3+ years of professional work environment WordPress development, including creating, customizing, and optimizing themes and plugins.
- Solid understanding of design principles like color theory, typography, and layout; create user interfaces.
- Advanced proficiency in crafting responsive, cross-browser-compatible designs that integrate with WordPress.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create detailed designs and functional prototypes.
- Strong understanding of user analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush); interpret website traffic data to drive design decisions and improve user engagement.
- A keen eye for design and quality, with strong problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot technical and design challenges.
- Identify opportunities for content optimization and growth.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all web content.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in SEO strategy.
- Experience communicating design ideas to both technical and non-technical team members working in a collaborative environment with diverse teams.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity and experience with SEO (search engine optimization) best practices and how design impacts.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and concepts, particularly SEO.
- Active usage and interest in utilizing AI generators such as ChatGPT, Copilot, etc. and have expertise in creating efficient and quick turnaround on projection plans.
- Experience with Google Analytics GA4 and SEMrush.
- Experience with Hootsuite or comparable social media marketing manager.
