Technical SEO & Web Optimisation Specialist (Webflow)

Purpose:
Own and optimise the company’s organic visibility. The SEO specialist ensures the clinic ranks #1 for target healthcare keywords through technical, on-page, and content SEO — maintaining world-class website performance and compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage full technical SEO lifecycle (Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawlability, schema).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategy.
• Optimise metadata, titles, and site structure within Webflow CMS.
• Improve website speed, UX, and mobile optimisation.
• Collaborate with outreach and creative teams on content and backlinks.

Core Skills:

• Expert-level SEO with hands-on Webflow management experience.
• Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
• Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Deep understanding of UK healthcare SEO and compliance (ASA, GMC).

Success KPIs:

• Organic traffic growth and keyword rankings.
• #1 positioning for high-value service keywords (e.g., “Private GP London”).
• Technical health score improvement (Core Web Vitals, crawl errors).
• Organic conversions and cost-per-acquisition from SEO.
• Site uptime and load speed compliance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
