Job Title: Technical service engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer to manage the full lifecycle of turnkey processing projects—from design and procurement to installation, commissioning, and client handover. The role requires strong technical knowledge of processing systems and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute projects according to defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely project and technical service delivery.
• Review and validate technical drawings, layouts, and engineering documentation.
• Plan, supervise, and support installation, testing, and commissioning activities at project sites.
• Identify risks early and implement practical mitigation strategies.
• Prepare technical offers and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in review meetings.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support to the sales/proposal team during the bidding and quotation process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Technical Service or Project Engineering within FMCG processing, industrial automation, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of food processing systems and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or ERP tools (advantage).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel as required.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in process engineering, technical service, or similar fields.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
