What You’ll Do

• Represent a U.S.-based developer profile in client interactions
• Attend technical interviews and meetings with clients
• Communicate confidently and professionally in English

Either:

• Work directly on development projects, OR
• Manage communication while delegating technical tasks to developers

What We’re Looking For

English Proficiency (Critical)

• Native or near-native English (US/UK standard)
• Strong grammar, vocabulary, and clear pronunciation
• Neutral or US/UK-style accent preferred

Technical Background

• Experience with React and Python is a plus
• Minimum 3+ years in IT industry
• Ability to handle technical discussions using available support tools (AI tools allowed during interviews)

Availability

• Must be available during U.S. working hours
• Flexibility to join meetings on short notice (preferred)

Pay: 88,000.00TRY - 220,000.00TRY per month
