Technical Service Specialist (Vinyl Installation & Printing)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Service Wrap & Print Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide customers with expert technical support, professional installation, training, and troubleshooting related to graphic films and vinyl applications. This role is key in ensuring product excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across our print and wrap solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers for printing, laminating, installation, troubleshooting, and film removal.
• Educate customers on best practices for film application, care, and maintenance.
• Conduct product evaluations and comparisons between CMYK and competitor products to assess performance and installation quality.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to drive product improvement and innovation.
• Operate lab equipment to test and analyze film properties; prepare detailed reports on test results and findings.
• Support product warranty evaluations related to installation and performance.
• Assist with claim investigations and support third-party certification processes.
• Create instructional content, including training materials, guides, and tutorial videos for installers and customers.
• Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions and technical support visits for customers and the sales team.
• Represent CMYK at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vinyl installation or a related industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
• Proven experience in vehicle vinyl wrap installation.
• Working knowledge of wide-format printing and finishing processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Solid technical understanding of vinyl applications and graphic film materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital printers and color management.
• Experience in vehicle wrap graphic design and layout (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and vehicle templates).
• Familiarity with wrap shop operations and commercial best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in vinyl wrap techniques and surface preparation technologies.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
