Operational Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all airworthiness requirement as required by the authority and the OEM is captured and sanctioned in the proper system and program to maintain the airworthiness of the fleet.

Support any technical request escalation to the OEM and the parts manufacturer.

Functional Key Responsibilities:

Ensures Aircraft compliance with all regulatory and manufacturers requirements, and to apply scientific and technological principles to maintain, modify and test performance of aircraft, systems, and components for full operation, involving regular inspections, maintenance and servicing.

Conducts assessment and evaluation of SB’s and AD’s with related to avionics and systems and ensure they are covered in company’s proper documentation. Ensure timely reporting of Service bulletin compliance to OEMs.

Coordinates with OEM in troubleshooting of aircraft problems with maintenance. Manage projects assigned by Technical Services Manager.

Assist in investigation of aircraft incidents and accidents. Conducts engineering analysis and determine corrective actions for components, systems, airframe, and power plants failure modes to minimize operation and maintenance cost.

Coordinates with aircraft and component manufacturer to resolve technical problems. Ensures compatibility and accuracy of manufacturer and vendor technical documents with FLYNAS fleet, and requesting updates and corrections whenever necessary.

Represents FLYNAS in manufacturers and vendors seminars, conferences, engineering working group, and industry steering committees.

Providing engineering support to line and base maintenance, materials, and operation departments.
