Overview:
We're looking for a Technical Services Field Coordinator to serve as the essential link between our products, customers, and internal teams. You'll provide hands-on technical support at customer sites, contribute to product innovation through R&D initiatives, and help manage our raw material operations to keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Technical Assistance

Partner with customers—from prospects to long-standing accounts—to ensure seamless product integration into their operations.

Travel to customer facilities to provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting issues in real-time.

Investigate and resolve customer concerns, maintaining detailed records to drive continuous improvement.
Raw Material & Production Coordination

Oversee frozen primal raw material inventory, coordinating slacking schedules with internal and external partners.

Forecast production needs for both primal and portioning operations.

Assist with purchase order generation and resolve any raw material inventory challenges.

Support production planning and scheduling as needed.
Product Development & Quality

Participate in product testing initiatives, including regular production assessments, R&D projects, and pilot programs.

Work closely with management, customers, and suppliers to identify opportunities and deliver technical solutions.

Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships that advance company goals.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in food processing.
Education: Technical degree in microbiology, chemistry, meat science, food science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
