Key Accountabilities:

  • Attend technical discussion meetings to gather required information for the Technical Design Specification and make sure client requirements are correctly addressed in the solution
  • Support the definition of which products consideration for the Approved Product List based on cost benefits analyses and research
  • Conduct formal presentation of technical solution to clients and other stakeholders of client organizations
  • Develop pre-sales high level design documents, presentation of Products and Services with stakeholders
  • Defines interdependencies and identifies dependencies at various phases of deign deployment
  • Guides technical implementation team on the approach and technical functions during the project deployment
  • Works with Delivery Management, Transition & Transformation, Service Account Management and Center of Excellence team and Client stakeholders to create technical designs, build and operability validation
  • Works with Foundational Technologies, Advanced Technologies and Service Management & Delivery to ensure consistent quality approach
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance and update to the documentation frameworks to support Service Management & Delivery as well as the Foundational Technologies and Advanced Technologies
  • Defines and validates technical best practices for the technical engagement lifecycle
  • Attends vendor sessions and extracts relevant information for knowledge transfer, conducts knowledge transfer session for deployment projects, technologies and solutions
  • Lead customer presentation preparations and presentations, Sales, Marketing, Foundational and Advanced Technologies and Service Management & Delivery
  • Responds to RFI and RFP for individual products and end to end solutions
  • Works across Sales, Foundational and Advanced Technologies and Service Management & Delivery to maintain the knowledge of technology process enhancements.

Qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field
  • ITIL V3 Foundational Certification, preferably ITIL Service Design or Transition Certification

Experience

  • 5-7 years’ experience in DC infrastructure solutions, pre-sales, managed services, or product management

Skills

  • Design, documentation, writing, numeracy, CAD, presentation skills
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and handling alternating priorities as required
