Technical Solutions Engineer I

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience supporting WWT Lab Integration projects, including design, configuration, and system build activities.
• Experience creating, modifying, and auditing project documentation required for L3 and L4 engagements, including RBI/PRM and SRF documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated presentation skills and the ability to contribute within a High-Performance Team (HPT) environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and proactive issue identification and resolution.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership presence and work effectively within a complex matrix organization.
• Professional credibility when interacting with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Integration Center processes, technical workflows, and operational practices.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks, assess and prioritize competing demands, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with basic automation and scripting (Python)
• Experience with basic AI tools (CoPilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, etc.)

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $66,000 to $82,500.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?

The Technical Solutions Engineer I (Integration Specialist) is an entry-level role responsible for supporting enterprise customers through WWT's Integration Services. This position focuses on the design, development, and validation of solutions to be built within WWT Integration Centers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with PMO and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions that align with both customer needs and business objectives. This is a growth-oriented position designed for individuals with a strong technical foundation and the drive to develop both personal and technical skills, with the goal of mastering all aspects of the role over time.

Location:

This position will be based in Saint Louis, MO. This is a hybrid position requiring on site presence and travel as needed. Travel <10%.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales teams and customers to identify technical priorities, challenges, and Data Center solution opportunities.
• Design and propose integrated Data Center solutions that align to customer requirements and business objectives.
• Develop and deliver pre-sales artifacts including configurations, architectural diagrams, proposals, and level of effort documentation.
• Coordinate across account teams, engineering, program management, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution.
• Support lab integration projects through design, configuration, build activities, and adherence to Integration Center best practices.
• Create, maintain, and audit project documentation including HLD, LLD, Cut Sheets, and BOMs to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Proactively identify risks and gaps, drive resolution, and communicate status updates while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
