On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are seeking an experienced Technical Strategic Account Manager to drive business development and revenue growth in the Data Center Facility (DCF) market across North Africa. Based in Dubai, you will serve as the key technical-sales interface for strategic accounts, providing deep market insights, building CXO level relationships, guiding RFI/RFP processes, introducing Huawei DCF solutions (UPS, Cooling, Modular Data Centers), and closing high value deals. This role requires proven sales success in the DCF industry, strong solution knowledge, and the ability to independently develop and manage key accounts in a competitive regional landscape.
Mandatory Requirements

Experience:
Minimum 5 years in the Data Center Facility industry, with proven annual sales achievement of at least US$1 million (or equivalent) in DCF solutions.

Sales & Account Management:

Key Account Management experience in the Middle East region (mandatory).

Demonstrated ability to independently develop new business, negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain stable customer relationships.

Strong customer relationship building skills with direct experience engaging CXO/executive levels.

Technical & Solution Knowledge:

Comprehensive understanding of the DCF industry: bidding processes, bid evaluation methods, mainstream players, and market operation modes.

Solid command of high-level DCF solution design and ability to convey key value propositions.

At least one area of deep professional expertise in major DCF fields: UPS, Cooling, or Modular Data Centers.

Experience in both solution (technical) and sales aspects of the Data Center industry.

Project guidance/operation experience, including RFI/RFP guidance strategies and management.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive market insights for North Africa coverage area: market size, trends, major customers & their spend, competitor organizational scale, mainstream partners, competitor intelligence, and market characteristics.

Develop and execute mid- and long-term business expansion plans based on market analysis.

Build and strengthen relationships with key account CXOs, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders through high-level benchmarking, workshops, HQ visits, and value communication to secure cooperation.

Own order intake, revenue targets, and key task implementation for assigned strategic accounts.

Communicate directly with customers to introduce Huawei products/solutions, guide technical discussions, and shape requirements into winnable opportunities.

Support customer engagement on key projects: collect requirements, promote solution implementation, and drive closure.

Identify and participate in regional mainstream marketing activities to elevate Huawei DCF brand awareness and visibility.
Language: Fluent in English (written/verbal); French and/or Arabic is a strong advantage
